Estela Ferrer Raveiro, with a degree in Art History from the University of Havana, is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Art History at the University of Salamanca, Spain. Her training includes postgraduate studies in Public Relations and Institutional Communication, as well as specialized workshops in scriptwriting, curatorship and semiotics of audiovisual discourse.

With a diversified professional career, Estela has made her mark as a professor in the Art History Department of the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts and as an editorial advisor for CdeCuba Art Magazine. In addition, she has held key roles in the promotion of Cuban art, from sales specialist at Genesis Galerias de Arte to promotions specialist at the Consejo Nacional de las Artes Plásticas. Her role as curator of exhibitions in diverse spaces inside and outside Cuba has allowed her to promote Cuban art and promote meetings with the artistic community.

Estela Ferrer Raveiro is an influential voice in the cultural field, with a significant presence in both printed and digital publications. Her commitment to the promotion of Cuban art is reflected in her participation as a juror in visual arts competitions and in her dedication to lecturing on various aspects of contemporary art.
